TOUR OF DUTY : Hours may range from 7am – 7pm weekdays and may include Saturdays, for a 40 –hour work week. 

*This position will be re-located to Lee County Health    Care Center, Cape Coral, FL once the facility is open.

 

The Primary Care Team Nurse provides direct and indirect nursing care to patients and families in the outpatient setting. He/she is accountable for adhering to established policies, standards of care and standards of practice. The Primary Care Team Nurse demonstrates leadership when providing and improving patient care. The incumbent reports directly to the Primary Care Nurse Manager. The Primary Care Team Nurse serves as a role model, a consultant, a care coordinator and a mentor under the supervision of the Nurse Manager.
