Incumbent will serve as a Contract Specialist for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs with responsibility for performing professional work involving procurement of supplies and services using procedures outlined in the Federal Acquisition Regulations, VA Acquisition Regulations, Public Laws, and Agency policy.
