Incumbent will be clinically responsible for assigned patients and supervisory cases and will hold administrative responsibility for medical record documentation, performance improvement and other administrative duties as assigned. Assignments are performed in accordance with Army and hospital regulations, policies and procedures. Work is reviewed for quality control, compliance with policies, effectiveness and overall adequacy of performance.
