About the Position: Serves as the physician assistant to the primary care provider in the capacity of a credentialed physicians assistant to provide pain services to patients within the community under the direction of an Interventional Pain physician. Serves as a subspecialist consultant to other departments, services, and health-care providers for a variety of diseases and conditions marked by acute and chronic pain. Practices mainly in the location of the Pain Center, evaluating and treating complex chronic pain syndromes affecting Warriors in Transition, and is the subject matter expert on the development of pain management treatment plans.
