Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Indian Health Service (IHS), Uintah and Ouray Service Unit, Dental Department in Fort Duchesne, UT (24 miles west of Vernal, UT or 150 miles east of Salt Lake City, UT)

GS-02: $22,851 - $28,758

GS-03: $24,933 - $32,412

GS-04: $27,990 - $36,384
