This position is located in the Digital Media Services Branch (DMS), Office of Patent Information Resources (OPIR), Office of Patent Information Management (OPIM).
This position is established to oversee eLearning, computer-based training (CBT) and training-related Webcast customizations and enhancements for the Patents organization. The incumbent serves as a Branch expert point of contact responsible for eLearning and computer-based training development and instructional design. The incumbent is responsible for ensuring products and services are valid for USPTO systems and meet USPTO standards for compliance with Section 508 laws for accessibility to those with hearing, visual and other impairments.
