This position is located in the Division of Information Technology (DIT), Infrastructure Services Branch (ISB), Engineering Section (ES), Computing Infrastructure Unit (CIU), of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and provides telecommunication, voice, video, mainframe, server, storage, engineering, operations, desktop and laptop equipment, and Help Desk support. ISB is also responsible for the asset management program, installation and maintenance of all system software, and software distribution to all platforms.
