Naval Medical Center Portsmouth

This civilian Critical Care Physician position is located in Portsmouth’s Naval Medical Center.  The Center has proudly served the military and their families since 1830.  Its tradition of excellence coupled with cutting edge technology as well as experienced and compassionate personnel assures the health readiness of the U. S. Armed Forces.  This state-of-the-art Medical Center also offers premier research and teaching programs designed to prepare new doctors for the future.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

Accredited MD or DO, or ECFMG or Fifth Pathway Certificate

Active physician license awarded by any state.

Residency/certification in primary specialty related to critical care

Post-residency certification or fellowship in critical care medicine.

U. S. Citizenship.
