This position is located in the Acquisition Management Division (AMD), Procurement Operations Branch, Directorate for Administration & Management. The AMD is responsible for the solicitation, negotiation, award and administration of MSHA contracts, grants, cooperative and interagency agreements. This position serves as a contract specialist responsible for a comprehensive program of acquisition of all types of supplies, equipment and services on behalf of MSHA.
