Applicant(s) selected for this position may be eligible for a Recruitment or Relocation Incentive (up to 25%) and which requires the selectee to sign a service agreement. The amount of the incentive to be paid will be determined based on the qualifications of the selectee. The incentive will be a set percentage of the selectee's annual rate of basic pay in effect at the beginning of the service period. This will be the total amount of the incentive, and for which the distribution of payments for the service period to be determined by management.
