The William S. Middleton Memorial Veterans Hospital has an immediate opening for a full time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at their Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) in Beaver Dam, WI; and has recently been recognized as a Magnet Facility.

Tour of Duty: M-F, 8hrs/day 8:00 am to 4:30 pm

Grade/Step/Salary will be recommended by a Nurse Professional Standards Board and is based upon education and/or experience.
