This permanent position is located with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Great Lakes - Big Rivers Regional Office (Region 3), Bloomington, Minnesota.
You will serve as a Fish and Wildlife Administrator [Assistant Regional Director (ARD) for the National Wildlife Refuge System] with regionwide managerial, leadership, and advocacy responsibility for programs, issues, and policies relative to the protection of fish and wildlife resources. The incumbent manages and is accountable for the broad programmatic area of Refuges throughout Region 3.
Travel, transportation and relocation expenses are authorized as described in the Federal Travel Regulations and Departmental policy.
