About the Position: This position is located in Optometry Services, Mary E. Walker Clinic, Weed Army Community Hospital, USA Medical Command, National Training Center, Fort Irwin, CA 92310. Fort Irwin is a world class training center for America's Soldiers, known for its excellent desert training and vast recreational opportunities. Located approximately 37 miles NE of Barstow, California, in the High Mojave Desert midway between Las Vegas, Nevada, and Los Angeles, California. Fort Irwin has many fun activities such as Freedom Fest and Oktoberfest.
