This position performs as an (MSA) for the VA Ambulatory Surgery Center located at the United States Air Force Academy. The incumbent is the initial, key contact for veterans and beneficiaries seeking eligibility and benefits information, medical treatment, experiencing medical problems, and requesting information at the clinic. The (MSA) is responsible for initiating and completing registration and eligibility determination for medical care applications, and performing administrative support functions in support of clinical care at the unit.
