The PSB will review your individual qualifications, education, professional training/internship(s) and professional experience to determine the most appropriate salary and grade based on your individual accomplishments.
The incumbent serves as the Director of Education for the VISN 19 Mental Illness Research Education and Clinical Center. This position reports directly to the Director of the VISN 19 MIRECC. Responsibilities are complex in scope, and include the delegated authority to determine long range work plans and assure that implementation of the goals and objectives of the VISN 19 MIRECC are carried out. Duties are exercised with wide latitude, autonomy, and independence. In addition, the incumbent serves as the MIRECC consultant to the Executive Leadership Team at the Eastern Colorado Health Care System as well as other top management officials within VISN 19 and at the national level.
