Civilian employees serve a vital role in supporting the Army mission.  They provide the skills that are not readily available in the military, but crucial to support military operations.  The Army integrates the talents and skills of its military and civilian members to form a Total Army.

About the Position:

Performs a variety of receptionist, clerical, administrative, and record keeping duties as Medical Support Assistant in the Rear-Detachment Division Surgeon's office in order to support the following programs: 3rd Infantry Division/Ft. Stewart Soldier Tracking, Physical Evaluation System (PES), Division Surgeon LNO's, and MSTC Training Center, TDY/Training.

Fort Stewart/Hunter AAF is a southern living station of choice with great climate, easy commuting, no parking fees, good schools, and many surrounding historic sites. Fort Stewart is located next to Hinesville and is about 45 miles from Savannah, Georgia. Hunter AAF is located next to Savannah. Fort Stewart is within 1 ½ hours of three beaches Tybee Island, St. Simons Island, and Jekyll Island.
