The position is assigned to the State Office of Rural Development located in Harrisburg, PA. The work involves providing clerical and technical assistance, carrying out various tasks using office automation, word processing and typing skills to prepare correspondence and to maintain and prepare records, reports, and files for the staff. The incumbent is under the technical supervision of the Housing Program Director with daily work coordinated by a Specialist or Technician.
