WORK SCHEDULE:  Intermittent, tour of duty will vary and may require evening, weekend and holiday shifts.

 

AREA OF CONSIDERATION:   All US Citizens, however, first area of consideration will be given to permanent VAMC Marion, IL employees.   Second area of consideration will be given to permanent VA employees.   Third area of consideration will be given to status eligible candidates.

More than one (1) vacancy may be filled through this announcement should the need arise.

 

The Professional Standards Board (a peer-review group) will review the selected candidates's qualifications and recommend the step at which the candidate will be placed.  The salary is based on the grade and step approved for the selected candidate.

 

Travel and relocation expenses will not be paid.
