The selectee will serve as the Metrology/Calibration Technical Manager for electronic and electrical/mechanical Test and Measurement Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE).  He/She is considered an expert in the field of metrology (the science of measurement).  Duties will include the implementation of new measurement techniques, the evaluation of new test equipment, and the development of formal instrument procedures for the calibration of TMDE, Calibration of Measurement Standards for the Calibration Lab and providing calibration and precision measurement services for all customers.
