This position is located in the Wage and Hour Division, Boston, MA.  This position provides enforcement support to internal personnel, technical assistance to the general public, complaint resolution for employees and investigative assistance to investigators in order to relieve investigators of duties not requiring full utilization of their training and expertise.  This position is inside the bargaining unit. This position has promotion potential to the GS-9 level.
