The incumbent serves as a medical technician for the Ancillary Service at the Battle Creek VA Medical Center in Battle Creek, MI. As a Medical Technician at the Medical Center you will perform, evaluate interpret, correlate and validate the accuracy of laboratory procedures and results. Testing procedures will be performed on a variety of biological specimens and/or environmental samples using manual or automated techniques, and requires judgment and responsibility with close technical supervision. The work is performed in a variety of laboratory disciplines.
