The Fiscal Service works directly with other administrative and professional services in connection with the financial management of this facility, three Community Based Out-Patient Clincs (CBOC) located in Charlotte, Winston-Salem, and Hickory, NC, and Vet Centers located in Greensboro and Charlotte, NC.
