The clinical pharmacy technician for medication reconciliation is a certified pharmacy technician with the ability to support the medication reconciliation program at the Cincinnati VAMC. The incumbent is responsible for performing medication reconciliation for patients under the direct oversight of the pharmacist assigned to medication reconciliation.

The work schedule for this position is rotating tours of day shift, evening shift, and weekends. The hours will vary from 7:00 a.m. - 11:30 p.m. Holidays may be required.
