This recruitment is for three positions with the Service Area Office Central (SAOC), Network 23 Contracting Office (NCO 23). Duty locations are Des Moines, IA, St. Cloud, MN, and Sioux Falls, SD. There is one vacancy at each of the duty locations listed. Indicate which duty location (s) you are interested in on your application.

Promotion potential:  The selectee may be promoted to the full performance level without further competition when all regulatory, qualification, and performance requirements are met.  Selection at a lower grade level does not guarantee promotion to the full performance level.
