As a Radar Systems Data Collection Technical Lead in the Sensor Fusion Branch of the Architecture and Integration Division, Electromagnetic & Sensor Systems Department for Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division, Dahlgren, VA, you will be responsible for system engineering and program activities requiring collaboration with government acquisition and operational requirements organizations, contractor agencies, diverse sponsors, and across a broad range of the engineering development spectrum.  You will also coordinate with requisite programs to ensure performance of the appropriate level of system engineering analyses, processes, and documentation. As well as, effectively plan, coordinate, and manage resources; develop and communicate requirements; provide detailed direction; and ensure sufficient adherence to system engineering principles and processes based on program scope, schedule, funding, and complexity.
