This position is that of a Single Family Housing Technician headquartered on the Single Family Housing Staff of the State Office in Richmond, VA.  The incumbent is responsible for providing technical and clerical support to the Program Director and Specialists involved with the guaranteed loan program.

Background Investigation is required.

Travel is required 1-5 days a month.

A one year probationary period is required.
