POSITION TITLE: Psychologist (PTSD - OEF/OIF) GS-0180-11/13
The Mental Health Service (MHS) at the Huntington VA Medical center is in search of highly qualified Psychologists to join our rapidly-growing Team. The MHS employs 95 staff, with a Psychologist as Chief of the Service. The MHS seeks to provide the best mental health services in the tri-state area (Ohio, Kentucky, and West Virginia), and also is highly involved in teaching and training (with its Psychology Internship Program). We currently have multiple openings for psychologists and encourage you to apply. Couples seeking employment are also welcome. Selected candidates will work out of our newly remodeled Mental Health Clinic, on top of our campus surrounded by beautiful mountain vistas. The city has a wealth of interesting architecture, most of it from the time when Huntington was dominated by the Chesapeake and Ohio Railroad and the Baltimore Railroad.
