The Department of the Interior is devoted to protecting and preserving the natural resources of this great nation, including National Parks, Landmarks, and the well-being of communities, including those of Native American, Alaska Natives, Native Hawaiians, and affiliated Islanders.

This position is with the Office of the Special Trustee for American Indians, Deputy Special Trustee--Field Operations.
The incumbents will provide support to the Special Trustee for American Indians (Special Trustee) by functioning as a direct line between DOI and Indian beneficiaries.

There is 1 vacancy located in both locations. These vacancies will be filled in Poplar, Montana and Aberdeen, South Dakota.
