This position is located in Regional Office of the Employee Benefits Security Administration (EBSA). Regional Office activities involve the operational and financial review of employee benefit plans and the conduct of investigations of alleged violations of ERISA. The incumbent of this position serves as the primary operational and technical advisor to and assists the Regional Director in planning and coordinating compliance and enforcement activities within the office's assigned geographical area.
