Join the team! These positions are located in the Office of Compliance (EXC), Division of Regulatory Enforcement. The Division operates in four teams that individually address different types of product hazards for consumers. The Division is responsible for investigating regulatory violations and enforcing mandatory standards and safety-related voluntary standards. We have the opportunity to work with firms on product recalls and industry to improve product design and identify the need for mandatory and voluntary standards. We also provide advice and guidance to industry concerning the requirements of various federal product regulations.
