Work Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
Species: Cattle

This position rotates every 6 months with the following establishments: 889A-JF O'Neill Packing Co; 960/960A-Greater Omaha Packing Co; 19336-Nebraska Beef Co; 3707-US Cold Storage.

The Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) is a public health regulatory agency of the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA). Our mission is to protect consumers by ensuring that the commercial supply of meat, poultry, and egg products moving in interstate commerce or exported to other countries is safe, wholesome and correctly labeled and packaged.
