ORGANIZATIONAL LOCATION:

Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Indian Health Service (IHS), Shiprock Service Unit (SSU), Duty Location: Dzilth-Na-O-Dith-Hle Health Center (DZHC), Bloomfield, New Mexico. 1-Vacancy

 

Other additional compensation which a physician may be eligible for are Recruitment bonus (maximum of 25% of base pay); Relocation Bonus (maximum of 25% of base pay); Initial or Renewal of Retention Allowance (maximum of 25% of base pay when necessary); Physician Comparability Allowance, maximum of $16,000 for one-year contact and maximum of $20,000 for a two year contact; Market Pay; Appointment About the Minimum; Creditable Service based on Non-Federal experience for Annual Leave Accrual; Travel and relocation at government expenses to duty station.

 

POSITION DETAILS: Permanent - Full-time

Salary range: $99,628.00 - $129,517.00 (Annually)

Travel Required: Yes, occasional

Supervisory/Managerial Position: Yes, You may be required to serve a one year probationary period.

Relocation Expenses Paid: Relocation expenses are authorized and will be paid. You will be required to sign a one year service agreement. Failure to fulfill the one year service agreement may result in repayment of relocation expenses.
