ORGANIZATIONAL LOCATION:

Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Indian Health Service (IHS), Shiprock Service Unit (SSU), Duty Location: Dzilth-Na-O-Dith-Hle Health Center (DZHC), Bloomfield, New Mexico. 1-Vacancy.

Other additional compensation which a physician may be eligible for are Recruitment Bonus (maximum of 25% of base pay); Relocation Bonus (maximum of 25% of base pay); Initial or Renewal of Retention Allowance (maximum of 25% of base pay when necessary); Physician Comparability Allowance, maximum of $16,000 for one-year contact and maximum of $20,000 for a two-year contract; Market Pay; Appointment Above the Minimum; Creditable Service based on Non-Federal experience for Annual Leave Accrual; Travel and relocation at government expense to duty station.

Salary range: $99,628.00- $129,517.00 ( Annually)

Supervisory/Managerial Position:  Yes, You may be required to serve a one year probationary period.

Relocation Expenses Paid:  Relocation expenses are authorized and will be paid. You will be required to sign a one year service agreement. Failure to fulfill the one year service agreement may result in repayment of relocation expenses.
