Work Schedule: Rotating shifts, Sunday thru Saturday with rotating days off.

The VA Police Officer is primarily responsible for enforcement of all offenses against the criminal laws of the United States, the protection of all personnel, the protection of all property, the protection of all civil rights, and the preservation of the peaceful environment on all property owned and controlled by the Veterans Administration. His/her mission is to prevent acts of a criminal nature from occurring and to arrest and prosecute when efforts to prevent the crime have failed and all other reasonable options have been exhausted.
