JOB SUMMARY:

Fort Bliss trains, sustains, mobilizes, and deploys members of the joint team to conduct global, full spectrum operations in support of the national military strategy, while providing for the well-being of the regional military community.

Through subordinate managers, conducts the day-to-day operations of an extra large Army recreation program.  Performs executive level management of personnel, facilities and other resources in order to execute the mission.  Meets established goals and objectives of AR 215-1, DFMWR and command.  Ensures customer service and quality of programs are first rate.
