Mission Statement 
This position is located in the Security Cooperation Operations Directorate, Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA), which is the principal staff means through which the Secretary of Defense manages the formulation and execution of security assistance programs and related activities. DSCA is responsible for planning, coordination, administration and supervision of Department of Defense (DoD) programs for transfer of defense articles and services by sale or grant to foreign governments and international organizations. These programs include Foreign Military sales (FMS), in which defense articles and services are sold to eligible foreign countries and international organizations, or using Foriegn Military Financing (FMF) funding, and the International Military Education and Training (IMET) Program, through which training is provided by grant aid. The FMS program includes the conduct of co-production arrangements and technology transfer actions involving negotiations with foregin nationals.

This position may be filled at either GS-13, GS-14, or GS-15 grade level, please indicate the grade for which you want to be considered, incumbent may be non-competitively promoted to the next grade level in the time frame allowed by regulations and upon management's request. Promotion is contingent upon satisfactory completion of required training, regulatory requirements and demonstrated ability to perform the duties. Promotion is not guaranteed or implied.
