Position Summary: The primary purpose of this position is to primarily perform routine preventive maintenance, minor maintenance and repair as well as install, and modify large/complex heating (including heating boilers and single and multiple fuel power boilers), ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration (HVAC/R) systems and support equipment including mechanical system controls and distribution lines.
