About the Position:

This position is located at the 81st Regional Support Command, Area Maintenance Support Activity 144, Greenwood, MS.

 

About the surrounding area:  Greenwood is situated in LeFlore County, Mississippi at the eastern edge of the Mississippi Delta, approximately 96 miles north of Jackson and 130 miles south of Memphis, Tennessee.  Greenwood is the gateway to the Delta and has an array of things to do, places to visit, shopping, dining, and lodging options.  It is the home of such corporations as Viking Range Corp.  Greenwood is alive with cultural opportunities, including live blues music, live theater productions, museum exhibits, offering of various art and culinary classes and much more. 

Position is under the Supervision of: Heavy Mobile Equipment Repairer Supervisor 

 

Description of the Working Environment:  Work will be performed in a maintenance shop setting.
