This announcement is concurrently advertised under merit promotion procedures announcement number MWE-12-MP-CUVA-029.  Military veterans as well as other merit promotion eligibles who wish to be considered under both procedures MUST apply and submit complete application packages to both vacancies.

This is a  permanent subject-to-furlough (STF) position.   Employee will be placed on a period of non-pay status each year as a condition of employment.    Employee is guaranteed to work at least 26 weeks in a service year.

Work schedule when in pay status:  This position is full-time and works Monday - Friday on an alternate work schedule, working eight 9-hour days, one 8-hour day and one day off every other week.

Any travel, transportation and relocation expenses associated with reporting for duty in this position will be the responsibility of the selected employee.
