Civilian employees serve a vital role in supporting the Army mission.  They provide the skills that are not readily available in the military, but crucial to support military operations.  The Army integrates the talents and skills of its military and civilian members to form a Total Army.

About the Position:

This position is with the 11th Aviation Command, Aviation Support Facility Lewis, Fort Lewis, Washington.

 

The work area is located in the newly constructed Earl Van Eaton Army Reserve Center Ft. Lewis Washington.  Selected individual will gain a great sense of accomplishment knowing they are an essential element to the success of the Unit and Facility Aircrew Training Program.  Ft. Lewis is located in between Olympia and Tacoma with Seattle only 45 minutes away.  Residents have access to a variety of entertainment ranging from theatre and fine arts, to professional sporting events.  Washington's geographical area provides an unlimited supply of recreational activities for the outdoor enthusiast.

 

Description of the working environment: Employee will occupy a very spacious office that is professionally interfaced with a large hangar.

 

This position is under the supervision of the Aviation Support Facility Supervisor.
